Vacancy for

: Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Production

 

Job Purpose/ Role

Production Supervision   & Programs setting and set up change -Angular, Grinding, HMC, VMC, CNC and SPM, Toyoda

Job Profile            

·         Perform all tasks in safe and responsible manner  

·         Production - Line output , OLE, 

·         Plan and Deliver  PQCDM targets

·          Initiatives to improve quality, productivity, cost month on month.

·         Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures.

·         To ensure people engagements in overall improvements through CIT, QC

·         Ability to reduce setup time and machining through process improvements

·         Understand and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets

·         Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures, and tooling

·         Preparing shift schedule and arrangement of manpower for execution of schedule production

·         Review of daily production plan, and overall supervision of the shift

·         Taking efforts to reduce cycle time of the operation of component

Monitor tooling cost consistently and Continuous improvements in over all area to reduce cost

Qualification

Diploma Mechanical / Production

Experience 8-10 yrs (Relevant 5 Years)

Graduate Mechanical / Production Engineering

Experience 6-8 yrs (Relevance 4 yrs)

Skill Required

Team working, organization and efficiency, communication, technical, problem solving skill
